Rebuild Tasks from Defaults

Purpose

Update existing projects to match modifications made on the Administration > Tasks page; previous task data is not saved. This is a one-time process for updating projects.

Steps

 

  1. After changes are made on the Administration > Tasks page, navigate to the Project View/List toolbar.

The Utilities buttons display on the toolbar.

2. Click Rebuild Tasks from Defaults.

Projects are updated based on Administration > Tasks changes.
